Geoff Taylor: Proud father of two men, both of whom live in Sweden where they were raised. Serving the dharma - thanks to a potent blend of fortunate and hellish karma. Enjoying the process of apprenticeship. Finding a community context that imbues (almost) every act with meaning - so meaningful acts arise. Aspiring sincerely for opportunities to integrate "work" and "practice." Trained with a Bachelor's degree from Hampshire College and a Master's in Environmental Studies from Yale Forestry School, with 15 years experience of community forestry and communication consultancies in support of local control over natural resources in eastern and southern Africa. Doing koan practice with Bodhin Kjolhede, Roshi (formal teacher - Abbot of Rochester Zen Center). Engaged with Zen Peacemakers in exploring compassionate communication, including recording the unfolding of Pathmakers Partnership. Translator, editor, videographer, aspiring peacemaker.
